Your GDPR Rights

The data controller responsible for your personal data is Stylianos Karydakis, an individual operator based in the Republic of Cyprus. You can reach us at mrkarydakis@gmail.com.

We process your data on these legal bases: performance of our contract with you (providing the app); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, content moderation and product improvement); your consent (push notifications, precise/background location, and personalised advertising); and legal obligations (keeping purchase and tax records).

• Access — obtain confirmation of, and a copy of, the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — limit how we process your data in certain cases.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — for anything based on consent, at any time.

You can exercise most rights directly in the app: edit your profile in Settings, and delete your account and its data in Settings → Manage Account. For any other request, email us and we will respond within one month, as required by GDPR. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you using solely automated means. We do use automated systems to screen uploaded images and text for safety; if your content is blocked, you can contact us to request a human review.

Your data is processed primarily in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection; you may also complain to the authority in your own country of residence.
